The Iredell County Health Department clinical services division provides health screenings, treatments, counseling and education on disease prevention as well as dental care and nutrition services. Case management services assist clients in identifying and obtaining needed health related services.

Walk-In Physicals

| *Women's Health Physicals are for women who have had a tubal ligation, Essure, hysterectomy, or are postmenopausal. |
This service is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am-11:30 am and 1:00 pm-4:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am-11:30 am. Although an appointment is not needed, calling ahead is recommended to check wait times and provider availability. Phone: 704-878-5300. We will not file insurance or Medicaid for walk-in physicals. Payment is expected at time of service; we accepts checks, cash, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

Appointments and Fees
Appointments are necessary for most of our services. Some services are charged on a sliding-fee scale that is based on household income. Medicaid/Medicare and private insurance are also accepted for certain services. For more information, please call Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
