2023 Household Hazardous Waste Facility Schedule

Fall Household Hazardous Waste Event Saturday September 26 from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at landfill

​Each year our department collects an average of 46,000 pounds of paint through our biannual household hazardous waste (HHW) events. Much of that paint can be diverted from the high-cost HHW events through proper disposal.
​
​Did you know LATEX PAINT is not hazardous in a solid form? Once it is non-flowable, it can be disposed of safely in your household trash! Dry it up & throw it out!!
